&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#ff0000;"&gt;                        PARTNERSHIP ENROLMENT GUIDELINES (PEG)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BACK GROUND&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Good will fraternity started in 1998 as a small friendship association in Kololo Secondary School and later on expanded to University and a number of university students joined it. It is a social group geared at making friends from within and outside Uganda.  This idea was started by youthful members of the Uganda society who believe in promoting generational ideologies.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The initiative was then registered by the Registrar of Companies as a Company Limited by Guarantee. It was later transformed into a Non Governmental Organization registered by the NGO Board in Uganda. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Below is an overview Goodwill fraternity (GF), its programs, partnerships, projects and guidelines on how to become a member.
